Terms of service

Last updated 23 October 2026

many.quest is a tool for running tabletop campaigns, made and run from Sweden. These terms cover using the site and paying for a world. They are short because the deal is simple.

The service

You get the site as it is, and it changes: features are added, reworked and sometimes removed. We aim to keep it up but do not promise it, and we are not liable for what a session loses to an outage. You can export a world as a file at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack the site itself. We may close an account that does, after writing to it unless the harm is ongoing.

Your content

What you write and upload is yours. You give us the right to store it and show it to the people you share it with, which is all the app does with it. Upload only what you have the right to use. The base rules content comes from the SRD 5.2 under its own licence; see Licences.

Price and payment

Every new world is free for 30 days, with no card asked. After that a world costs a monthly subscription, paid by its owner through Stripe, which handles the card details; we never see them. The price is shown before you pay and on the world’s settings page. Players and co-DMs pay nothing.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time under Manage billing. The world stays paid until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged by mistake, or regret a new subscription within 14 days, write to us and we refund that payment.

When a world is not paid for

Nothing is deleted. Players keep their sheets, dice and the lore, and the DM can read everything. What stops is DM editing, until the world is paid for again. If we ever need to remove a world that has been unpaid for a long time, we write to its owner first.

Leaving

Write to us to delete your account, or a world you own, and it is gone with everything in it.

Changes to these terms

When the terms change, the date above changes with them. Using the site after that means accepting the new terms.

Law

Swedish law applies. As a consumer in the EU you also keep the rights your own country gives you.
