Licences & attribution

Last updated 11 September 2026

many.quest ships a set of base rules content so a new world is playable on day one. Part of that derives from material released under an open licence, and this page is the attribution that licence requires.

System Reference Document 5.2

This work includes material from the System Reference Document 5.2 (“SRD 5.2”) by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available at https://www.dndbeyond.com/srd. The SRD 5.2 is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.

The notice above is reproduced in English in every locale, because it is a condition of the licence rather than interface copy. It covers the classes, species, backgrounds, monsters, magic items and spells drawn from the SRD.

Trademarks

many.quest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. The Creative Commons licence covers the SRD text and grants no rights to any trademark, logo or product name, and none are claimed here.

Base content

Entries marked “Base” ship with the app and are read-only in the editors. Base does not mean SRD: it means the platform supplies the entry. Where an entry's rules text is our own summary rather than licensed text, it is written for this app.

Your homebrew

Everything you write in your own world stays yours. many.quest claims no ownership of the worlds, campaigns, characters or homebrew entries you create here.
